And the further technology advances, the more it needs the human consciousness that guides it. So we turn our attention to what does not change. The study of human nature is part of that.

Our observation is simple. What makes a human being truly human is not only their knowledge or their intelligence. It is their quality of being and presence. A quality that is cultivated.

A competent leader masters tools. An inspiring leader learns to know themselves and to govern themselves inwardly. They are not only a profile in a given role with tasks to perform. Their circumstances are not their identity. There begins their freedom and their responsibility.
