Facilitators, not just trainers.
Unlike a trainer who delivers content, the facilitator accompanies each person individually, within a shared collective journey. They transmit from their own life experience and remain themselves engaged in this work of consciousness.
Human Ecology cannot be learned from a manual. It is practiced above all as an art of living. It is only transmitted to those who choose to engage sincerely in deep inner work.
All facilitators share the same method and the same vision, while keeping their own style, sensibility and colour. Certification guarantees the coherence of the collective.

Different journeys, one same demand: to be sincerely engaged in a deep work of self-knowledge.
Coaches and therapists.
Practitioners, therapists or coaches of leaders. Their approach integrates the body, the emotions, the psychological mechanisms and the dynamics of consciousness.
Teachers and trainers.
Professors, pedagogues, managers or in-house trainers. They know how to structure an experience of transformation, surface insight and accompany the evolution of a collective.
Creators and storytellers.
Creators, designers, artists or storytellers. They draw on beauty, narrative and symbol to make deep human realities accessible and to awaken a more intuitive understanding.
The six-month certification path.
It takes about six months, not to learn a method, but to integrate a posture.
The path is built in stages: live the Be Authentic experience as a participant, then as an observer, then as a co-facilitator, with regular supervision by the peers of Human Ecology.
Assessment is continuous. It rests as much on posture as on practice. Certification ultimately rests on one capacity: to embody what you transmit.

A six-month journey, structured around four progressive stages.
First conversation
A time of exchange to understand your journey, your intention and what you wish to build. If the alignment is there, we open what follows together.
Live the Be Authentic experience
Three residential days to live the experience as a participant. Before transmitting, one must walk through the experience. Legitimacy begins with what has been lived.
Companionship
Over several months, you observe, accompany and progressively co-facilitate sessions alongside the facilitators of Human Ecology. Feedback is direct and integration happens through practice.
Pilot session
You lead your first session under supervision, before a collegial validation. The assessment rests on your posture, your capacity of transmission and the feedback of the group and the peers.

Direct application.

A facilitator of the network has recognized in your journey, your posture or your way of accompanying a resonance with Human Ecology. The application is born of an alignment recognized through relationship, conversation and shared experience.
